Gloria Richards creates environments in which learning is fun, intense, and relevant. She has been creating e-learning programs for over 10 years. In 1996 she was co-producer of Understanding Your Customer's Business, a CD-ROM which won a CINDY Gold Award for excellence in multimedia training. Since then, she and Michael Catello have created many e-learning programs to help customers align employee knowledge and skills with business strategy.

Gloria holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Rochester. She taught literature and writing at Rochester and the New York Institute of Technology. She has been helping adults learn in business since 1986.
